Helm Horizon exists to support thoughtful individuals during moments when clarity feels harder to access and familiar approaches no longer work as well.

The work is grounded in the belief that meaningful progress begins with understanding - understanding how situations are being experienced, how decisions are being made, and what is influencing the way forward.

This is not about having answers. It is about creating space to see more clearly in order to confidently walk a path.

About Federico Larco

I bring to this work both lived experience as much as professional practice.

Over the course of my career, I spent decades in leadership, operations, and fast-moving organizational environments where responsibility was real and uncertainty was constant. I worked alongside teams and leaders under pressure, learning how clarity, trust, connection and thoughtful decision-making shape outcomes far more reliably than without.

At the same time, my life outside of work has required its own navigation of change. I raised a family, experienced divorce, found new love, pursued interests, played in nature’s outdoors, pursued self-growth through men’s work, found new jobs, changed careers, worked in both established and startup companies, started my own business… etc. No shortage of adventures!

These professional and personal experiences shape who I am today. I understand the weight of responsibility, the disruption of transition, and the quiet disorientation that can arise when doing “what I have been doing” no longer brings fulfillment.

My role is not to tell people what to do, but to create space for reflection, honest conversation, and clearer understanding so they can move forward with confidence, intention, and steadiness in their own journey.

I bring structure where it’s helpful, presence where it’s needed, and deep respect for each person’s lived experience throughout the my coaching.
